检测原理:本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附检测技术。特异性抗人CXCL11抗体预包被在高亲和力的酶标板上。酶标板孔中加入标准品、待测样本和生物素化的检测抗体,经过孵育,样本中存在的CXCL11与固相抗体和检测抗体结合。洗涤去除未结合的物质后,加入辣根过氧化物酶标记的链霉亲和素(Streptavidin-HRP)。洗涤后,加入显色底物TMB,避光显色。颜色反应的深浅与样本中CXCL11的浓度成正比。加入终止液终止反应,在450 nm波长(参考波长570 - 630 nm)测定吸光度值。

CXCL11 分子靶点综述
C-X-C 基序趋化因子 11 (CXCL11),又名干扰素诱导的 T 细胞 α 趋化因子(I-TAC),是 CXC 趋化因子家族中的小分子 量细胞因子。它的基因和许多其它 CXC 趋化因子家族成员一样都位于人类 4 号染色体上。它在外周血白细胞、胰腺和肝 脏中高度表达,在胸腺、脾和肺中中等程度表达,在小肠、胎盘和前列腺组织中低度表达。IFN-γ 和 IFN-β 可强烈诱导 CXCL11 基因的表达,而 IFN-α 对其的诱导作用较弱。CXCL11 通过与细胞表面趋化因子受体 CXCR3 相互作用来作用于靶细胞。CXCL11 趋化活化的 T 细胞。CXCL11 具有 血管生成抑制作用,参与过敏性接触性皮炎、动脉粥样硬化、蕈样肉芽肿(一种 T 细胞淋巴瘤)和免疫介导的中枢神经系统 失调,如多发性硬化症。
