布雷非德菌素A (Brefeldin A, BFA)是一种胞内蛋白转运抑制剂。培养细胞加入BFA会阻断蛋白向高尔基体复合物(GC)转运,使之在内质网(ER)中积累。在细胞体外活化的最后几个小时加入BFA可增强胞内细胞因子的检测。BFA对大部分小鼠和人类胞内细胞因子的阻断有效。BFA的推荐工作浓度是2 - 20 μg/ml,但需要研究者对实验条件和效果进行优化和判断。
