TNNI3 分子靶点综述

肌钙蛋白 I (cTnI),也称为生长调节素 C,是一个在分子结构上类似于胰岛素的激素。cTnI 主要由肝脏产生,作为内分泌激素。同样地,靶组织亦能旁分泌/自分泌产生 cTnI。cTnI 是 AKT 信号转导途径中的一种有效天然激活剂、细胞生长和增殖的刺激子、细胞程序性死亡的有效抑制子。cTnI 最少可结合两种细胞表面受体:cTnI 受体 (IGF1R) 和胰岛素受体。cTnI 的产生受生长激素刺激,受营养不良、生长激素不敏感、缺少生长激素受体或者生长激素受体 (SHP2 和 STAT5B) 下游信号通路发生故障等方面所抑制。cTnI 在儿童生长过程中起重要作用,继而在成人合成代谢中有影响,且与老年化、神经病变、癌症以及中风相关。
