原肌球蛋白激酶受体B (TrkB),又名酪氨酸激酶受体B,是脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)的受体,是神经营养因子酪氨酸激酶受体(NTRK)家族中的一员。这个激酶是一种只在中枢神经系统的神经元中表达的膜结合受体。TrkB介导神经营养因子如BDNF、神经营养因子-4 (NT-4)和神经营养因子-3 (NT-3)的许多作用功能,包括神经元的分化和存活。在胞外结构域中,它有两个不同的可高亲和力结合BDNF的区域。一旦结合神经营养因子,TrkB自身以及相关信号途径的下游分子成员就会发生磷酸化。 TrkB在肿瘤发生和转移中发挥重要的作用,该基因突变与肥胖和情绪障碍有关。因此,BDNF/TrkB信号被认为是治疗精神分裂症的一种潜在靶点。
