白细胞介素24(Interleukin 24, IL-24)是属于IL-10细胞因子家族的细胞因子，通过 IL-20R1/IL-20R2和IL-22R1/IL-20R2两个异源二聚体受体进行信号传导。IL-24可能通过诱导特定的转录因子Stat-1和Stat-3快速激活来控制细胞存活和增殖。小鼠IL24表达约35kD的蛋白，通过去糖基化转化为一个23kD的蛋白。IL24蛋白与IL10细胞因子家族的其他成员具有24-33%的同源性，与IL20的同源性最高。
该细胞因子主要由活化的单核细胞、巨噬细胞和辅助T细胞(Th2)释放，并作用于皮肤、肺和生殖组织等非造血组织。IL-24在伤口愈合、银屑病和癌症治疗中发挥重要作用。
