IL22 分子靶点综述

白细胞介素22(IL-22)是IL-10家族或者IL-10超家族(包括IL-19、IL-20、IL-24和IL-26)细胞因子中的一员，是细胞炎症反应的一类有效调节者。它与这个家族的其它成员，IL-10、IL-26、IL-28A/B和IL-29在细胞信号传导中共同使用IL-10R2。IL-22由活化的DC和T细胞产生，启动对抗病原菌特别是来源于上皮细胞如呼吸道和肠道上皮细胞的先天免疫应答。银屑病患者的血浆中表现出强烈升高的IL-22水平，这与疾病的严重程度相关。在由伴刀豆凝集素A(ConA)诱导的T细胞介导的肝炎中，IL-22可作为肝细胞的存活因子发挥保护作用。与IFN-γ和IL-17相反，克罗恩氏病患者血液中存在大量的IL-22。
