颗粒酶 A (Granzyme A)是丝氨酸蛋白酶中颗粒酶家族的一员，专门存在于细胞毒性 T 淋巴细胞(CTL)和自然杀伤(NK) 细胞的颗粒中。Granzyme A 是 CTL 和 NK 细胞中最丰富的蛋白酶。它通过穿孔素进入到靶细胞，进而诱导 caspase 非 依赖性的细胞死亡。被赖氨酰肽链内切酶激活后，Granzyme A 就会裂解硫酯底物。人 Granzyme A 作为一个前体(262 个残基)被合成，这个前体带有一个信号肽(残基 1-26)、一个前肽(残基 27-28)和一条成熟链(残基 29-262)。纯化的重组 人 Granzyme A 由残基 26-262 组成。
