CD27 分子靶点综述

CD27是TNF受体超家族的一员，在幼稚T细胞、记忆B细胞、NK细胞、造血干细胞（HSC）和祖细胞上结构性表达。CD27是一种在CD4+和CD8+T细胞上表达的跨膜磷酸糖蛋白，在T细胞活化时表达增加，并从细胞表面脱落，活化后形成可溶性CD27（sCD27）。
