CD14是表达于单核细胞、滤泡间巨噬细胞和树突细胞亚群表面的糖蛋白。CD14与MD-2(LY)和TLR4形成受体复合物，可特异性地对LPS产生应答、传导信号。CD14/MD-2/TLR4受体复合物通过MyD88、TIRAP和TRAF6传导信号，最后激活NF-κB。
