趋化因子配体3(CCL3)，又名巨噬细胞炎性蛋白1α(MIP-1α)，是CC趋化因子家族中的一种细胞因子，参与多形核白细胞招募和活化中的急性炎症状态。CCL3基因位于人类17号染色体上，其cDNAs编码92个氨基酸残基前体蛋白，该前体蛋白含有一段22个氨基酸残基信号肽，裂解该前体蛋白可产生分泌性的成熟蛋白。和其它趋化因子一样，CCL3是单核细胞趋化物。另外，有报道认为CCL3对T淋巴细胞、NK细胞、细胞毒性T细胞、B细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞有不同的趋化和促粘附作用。CCL3已被确定为是一种干细胞抑制剂(SCI)，可抑制造血祖细胞在体外和体内的增殖。CCL3、CCL4和RANTES被认为是由CD8+T细胞产生的重要的HIV抑制因子。
