CCL27 分子靶点综述

趋化因子配体27 (CCL27)，又名皮肤T细胞虏获趋化因子(CTACK)，是CC趋化因子家族中的小分子量细胞因子，它的基因位于人的9号染色体上。CCL27在许多组织中表达，包括生殖腺、胸腺、胎盘和皮肤。体外研究表明，IL-1β或TNF-α可刺激CCL27过量表达，而葡萄糖皮质素可抑制其表达。CCL27通过结合趋化因子受体CCR10来发挥它的趋化效果，它与记忆T淋巴细胞归巢到皮肤中有关，在T细胞介导的皮肤炎症中起作用。在健康小鼠中，淋巴细胞在CCL27注射部位募集，而在小鼠接触性超敏反应模型中，注射CCL27中和抗体会破坏淋巴细胞的募集现象。
