1.产品简介
多聚甲醛(Paraformaldehyde)是免疫组织化学(IHC)和免疫细胞化学(ICC)研究中最常用的固定剂之一。该固定剂较为温和,能很好地保存组织的抗原性和细微结构,适于组织标本和细胞片的较长期保存,非常适合组织和细胞的光镜免疫化学研究。本产品为4%多聚甲醛的PBS溶液,可直接用于组织和细胞固定。若需使用其他低浓度多聚甲醛,可使用0.01M PBS 按比例稀释。

3.使用方法
•组织固定:室温或4℃浸泡固定2 - 24小时,用缓冲液漂洗后即可树脂包埋用于组织切片;
•切片固定:室温或4℃固定10分钟 - 2小时,视切片厚度而定,用缓冲液漂洗后即可用于染色;
•细胞固定:室温或4℃固定10 - 30分钟,用缓冲液漂洗后即可用于染色。
