调节性T细胞(Tregs),曾被称为抑制性T细胞,是T细胞的亚群,可调节免疫系统、维持对自身抗原的耐受、抑制自身免疫疾病。Tregs具有免疫抑制性,可抑制或下调效应T细胞的诱导和增殖。调节性T细胞有多种类型,其中研究最深的的一类表达CD4、CD25和FOXP3(CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞)。免疫系统必须能区分自我和非我。当自我/非我无法识别时,免疫系统会破坏细胞和组织,引起自身免疫疾病。调节性T细胞积极地抑制免疫系统活化、阻止病理性的自身反应如自身免疫疾病。调节性T细胞遗传缺失造成的重度自身免疫综合征(IPEX综合征)表明调节性T细胞在免疫系统中发挥了重要作用。

使用Mouse Regulatory T Cell Staining Kit进行流式检测。正常ICR小鼠的脾细胞染色FSC/CD4 (左) CD25/小鼠IgG1同型对照, PE (中)和CD25/FoxP3(右)。粘连细胞已被排除。实验在Thermo Fisher公司的Attune NxT流式细胞仪上进行。
