检测原理:本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附检测技术。特异性抗小鼠IL-1α抗体预包被在高亲和力的酶标板上。酶标板孔中加入标准品、待测样本和生物素化的检测抗体,经过孵育,样本中存在的IL-1α与固相抗体和检测抗体结合。洗涤去除未结合的物质后,加入辣根过氧化物酶标记的链霉亲和素(Streptavidin-HRP)。洗涤后,加入显色底物TMB,避光显色。颜色反应的深浅与样本中IL-1α的浓度成正比。加入终止液终止反应,在450 nm波长(参考波长570 - 630 nm)测定吸光度值。

IL1A 分子靶点综述
白细胞介素1(IL-1)是17kDa的胞外多肽,分为IL-1α和IL-1β两种蛋白。IL-1α是一种多效性细胞因子,在人类中由IL1A基因编码。IL-1α主要由活化的巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞、上皮细胞和内皮细胞产生。它具有代谢、生理、造血活性,在调节免疫应答中起到核心作用。IL-1α可与HAX1、NDN相互作用,但是与TNF之间的协同作用是临床上最相关的。IL-1α和TNF都是急性期细胞因子,具有促发热和发炎作用。人们目前正在评估IL-1α是否可作为临床试验中一个潜在治疗肿瘤的标志物。阻断IL-1α活性具有潜在治疗皮肤病的作用,例如痤疮。

Located in cytoplasm and extracellular space. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; brain; hemolymphoid system gland; reproductive system; and respiratory system. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in several diseases, including Fabry disease; Schnitzler syndrome; autoimmune disease (multiple); hematologic cancer (multiple); and lung disease (multiple). Orthologous to human IL1A (interleukin 1 alpha).
