1.产品简介
佛波酯(Phorbol 12-Myristate 13-Acetate, PMA)和离子霉素(ionomycin)处理足以诱导很多类型的细胞活化,分泌细胞因子。该混合物可用于刺激体外培养细胞产生细胞因子,随后用免疫学方法进行检测。还可以与蛋白转运抑制剂联合使用,使诱导的细胞因子滞留在胞内。Ionomycin的推荐工作浓度是1 - 5 μg/ml,但需要研究者对实验条件和效果进行优化和判断。
