检测原理:本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附检测技术。特异性抗人OPG抗体预包被在高亲和力的酶标板上。酶标板孔中加入标准品、待测样本和生物素化的检测抗体,经过孵育,样本中存在的OPG与固相抗体和检测抗体结合。洗涤去除未结合的物质后,加入辣根过氧化物酶标记的链霉亲和素(Streptavidin-HRP)。洗涤后,加入显色底物TMB,避光显色。颜色反应的深浅与样本中OPG的浓度成正比。加入终止液终止反应,在450 nm波长(参考波长570 - 630 nm)测定吸光度值。

骨保护素(OPG),又名破骨细胞抑制因子(OCIF)或肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族成员11B(TNFRSF11B),是一种细胞因子受体,是肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族的成员。OPG通过抑制破骨细胞前体分化为破骨细胞来降低破骨细胞的产量,同样还可调节破骨细胞的体内、体外吸收。重组人OPG特异性作用于骨骼,可增加骨骼矿物质密度和体积。已有研究报道心脏病和严重精神障碍患者的OPG水平是升高的。近年来,研究者们推测OPG可能在骨骼和心血管疾病之间存在关联,特别是与糖尿病患者的心血管风险增加有关。
