FoxP3/Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit 特别适合于FoxP3等核内因子的流式检测,可对细胞进行固定、破膜和洗涤。FoxP3蛋白是转录因子叉头家族的成员之一,表达于调节性T细胞(Regulatory T Cells, Treg),其发育和功能受到叉头蛋白的影响。T细胞中FoxP3的异常表达会抑制其活性和细胞因子分泌。
