流式染色缓冲液适用于悬浮细胞的免疫荧光染色实验,为含BSA的缓冲液,以叠氮钠作为防腐剂。本缓冲液可用于抗体和细胞的稀释,以及表面染色和流式分析的洗涤阶段。本缓冲液所含的动物血清蛋白可减少抗体的非特异性结合。
