背景简介

BFA/Monensin Mixture (250×)是 BFA 和 Monensin 的混合物,可用于流式分析,适合于需要阻止蛋白转运到胞外的实验,也可作为 PMA/Ionmycin/ BFA/Monensin Mixture (250×) (目录号 CS1003)的阴性对照。培养细胞加入该混合物会阻断蛋白向高尔基体复合物(GC)转运,使之在内质网(ER)中积累。使用时,终浓度稀释至 1×,即每 250μl 细胞培养基中加入 1μl BFA/Monensin Mixture (250×)。

验证应用

PMA/Ionomycin Mixture (250×) (目录号 CS1001)处理小鼠脾细胞 5 - 18 小时,同时加入蛋白转运抑制剂 (BFA/Monensin Mixture (250×)),随后进行胞内染色,流式分析 IFN-γ 表达。
