Enrich T cell biology
Fresh human PBMCs were enriched for Naive CD4+T cells with the MagniSort Human CD4 NaiveT cell Enrichment kit (cat. no. 8802-6814-74). Cells before enrichment (left) or after enrichment(right) were stained with Anti-Human CD45RO eFluor 450 (cat. no. 48-0457) and CD45RA PE(cat. no. 12-0458). Viable cells were used for analysis. Data shown is representative of average performance.
