INSTA-Blot是Nouvs的特色产品，是一种即用型的WB膜，膜上已转印人、小鼠、大鼠等细胞或组织中提取的蛋白，经过严格的质控，性能稳定，使用方便，为特定蛋白在组织或细胞中的表达筛选提供最简单、最高效的解决方案。您无需进行样本制备、蛋白上样、SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳、转膜等操作，可直接进行抗体孵育。
INSTA_BLOT即用型Western blot操作步骤：
1：用100%的甲醇润湿膜，用TBST清洗两次，洗去多余的甲醇；
2：用5%脱脂奶粉（溶于TBST中）封闭30-60分钟，封闭抗体非特异结合位点；
3：孵育一抗，4度过夜，或室温1-2小时；
4：TBST洗涤5次，4度或室温孵育二抗60分钟；
5：TBST洗涤5次，显色。
