程序性细胞死亡1配体2(也称作PD-L2，B7-DC)在人类中是一种由PDCD1LG2基因编码的蛋白质。该基因位于9号染色体p24.2。PD-L2是两种程序性死亡配体(PD-1)中的一种，是免疫受体CD28家族的一员。用Northern blot分析检测广泛表达的PD-L2，其在胎盘、心脏、胰脏、肺脏和肝脏中含量最高，而在脾脏、淋巴结和胸腺中的表达较低。PD-L2能反向调节T细胞并在免疫耐受中具有重要作用。在炎症部位，PD-L2上调滑膜细胞、浸润巨噬细胞、树突状细胞和气道上皮细胞。此外，在巨噬细胞和肺泡上皮细胞中PD-L2结合RGM-B从而支持呼吸道免疫耐受。
